Job Description: Gather business requirements, elicit technical requirements, prepare report specifications1. Develop reports, cubes, dashboards, scorecards2. Design, develop MSTR reports and integration with enterprise portals, mobile integration, write back to source data based on analysis by the business users, alerts via email, mobiles based on predefined events3. Working knowledge on some RDBMS4. Identify and design common functionality5. Unit, Integration test the developed components6. Promote components across dev, test and production environments7. Provide UAT and Implementation supportRequirements: Experience Level : 6yrs – 7 yrs of experience in Microstrategy. Hands-on development/maintenance Lead MicroStrategy Development Team1. Hands-on development/maintenance experience in Microstrategy 9.3, Knowledge/Experience on enterprise portal integration, mobile integration, write back to source data based on analysis by business users, alerts via mail, mobile based on pre-defined events2. Good conceptual knowledge and working experience on meta data creation, creating report specifications, integration test planning & testing, unit test planning & testing, UAT & implementation support3. Strong knowledge of quality processes (SDLC, Review, Test, Configuration Management, Release Management, Defect Prevention4. Good communication skills and comfortable in interacting directly with clients5. Should be able to interpret data models and usage of data modeling tools (ERWIN etc)6. Knowledge on new features of the product and performance tuning7. Strong DW concepts8.
