Data Product Owner - Senior

Customer needs a Senior Data BA.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Act as a Data Product Owner and a senior data business analyst with experience around enterprise data warehouse, data governance, ad-hoc reporting, dashboard reporting, operational reporting, and more.
• Knowledge of Insurance Data with policy, billing, and claim is required.
• Experience working with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter and DataHub/CDA is desired.
• Identify and understand the source system data bases and Collect data from diverse sources into the data warehouse or data lake.
• Must have knowledge on the data mapping, basic data cleaning and processing tasks to ensure data quality and data accuracy.
• Write requirements for standard and custom reports, dashboards, and prepare the data.
• Work closely with business and IT leadership teams to capture requirements and review the insights from the data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and contribute to analytical projects.

Job Requirements:

• Experience of working with at least 1 Insurance carriers is must.
• Good to have knowledge on Guidewire Policy and Claims databases.
• Entry-level experience or internship in Data Analysis or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in data analysis tools and programing language such as Excel, SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills ability to find root problems and optimal solutions.
• Highly analytical skillset that can pull actionable intelligence from data sources.
