Huatan is fast growing International firm of cutting-edge technology in design, architecture, and landscaping. We are currently seeking a Scheduler for our office in Humble, Texas. As the Scheduler at Huatan, you will expand your communication abilities, and grow in your professional career!
Job Duties:
- Build strong relationships to understand demands of builders through effective communication via phone, text, and email
- Assist in developing landscaping construction crew schedules
- Coordinates logistics of day to day operations
- Communicates with field and crews to evaluate job progress
- Inspect and monitor all emails carefully to ensure project execution
- Directs purchase orders in Supply Pro GM
- Efficiently schedules and coordinates all crew schedules in Supply Pro GM
- Handles high volume of incoming calls
- Runs job reports in Supply Pro GM
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude

- High level of demonstrated customer relations skills and success
- Ability to stay organized, efficient, and flexible
- Ability to multi-task and maintain professionalism in high stress situations
- Computer Skills
- Logistics or Dispatching experience (preffered)
- Scheduling Experience minimum 1 year (required)
- Be familiar and knowledgeable of Houston and greater Houston area (required)
- Experience with landscaping industry (preferred)
- Experience with Supply Pro or Supply Pro GM (preferred)
- Experience with home production environment (preferred)
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) (required)
