THE OPPORTUNITY:

HUB’s marketing team professionals provide critical support to our service teams through submission preparation, marketing business to our carrier partners, building customer proposals, and providing coverage expertise which makes us a leading sales and service organization in the insurance industry. Through a robust network of resources, you will be amongst some of the industry’s top talent to help guide and support our customer’s needs and provide them with innovative solutions.

Our Marketing Account Coordinators play a vital role in ensuring our service teams receive the service they need to properly serve our clients. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our service teams and insurance carrier staff. As the point-of-contact, you will

• Manage the creation of new accounts in the agency management system

• Advise service teams of the information needed to market accounts

• Prepare submissions, quotes and proposals

• Market to carriers

• Check policy binders for accuracy

• Review and deliver policy binders to commercial lines service teams

• Maintain accurate and organized account files

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

You are perfect for this opportunity if you

• Hold a high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred)

• Have at least 3 years of related commercial insurance experience

• Are currently licensed in good standing

• Have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization

• Are computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

Disclosure required under applicable municipal regulations in NY and NJ, as well as the law in Colorado, California and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $65,000-70,000/year and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
