Overview:
Join our team as a Process Technician and play a key role in our manufacturing operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a passion for process improvement and quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production processes
- Conduct quality control checks on products to maintain high standards
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed
- Document all process parameters and production activities accurately
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably as a Process Technician
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and process optimization techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly
