What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales position at Hubler Financial Services, LLC?
Hubler Financial Services, LLC is seeking motivated salespeople to sell insurance products. Aggressive commission structure plus FREE UNLIMITED prospects. This is not your typical insurance career as we part of are located inside a dynamic automotive group, the prospecting has been done for you. Insurance license will be necessary, but not required to apply. Sales experience preferred, but we will train the right person.
What you'll do:
- Achieve sales goals through new business opportunities and cross selling existing customers
- Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
- Help protect customers by offering insurance products that will meet their needs
- Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life's uncertainties
- Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
- Provide a positive customer experience
Who you are:
- Interested in a sales career, sales experience preferred
- No prior insurance experience required
- Willing to obtain necessary insurance license(s) upon hire, existing license a plus
- Confident, professional, and motivated individual who works well independently
- Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
