Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. This is a Leadership position which assures the delivery of patient care with the skills of an experienced Registered Nurse.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- ACLS required upon hire
- Arizona State Registered RN License
- 5 years' experience managing 15 OR suites and at least 3 years as a director of OR in a critical care hospital.
- 5 years' experience in upper management in a critical care hospital preferred.
Salary: $126,000 - $155,000 per year
