Job Summary:
Now hiring an experienced Restaurant/Bar & Grill lead supervisor position. Must be able to work nights, weekends and Holidays Must be highly dependable, possess an incredible work ethic and have the ability to lead a team.

Duties:

  • Ensure accuracy in pouring techniques while creating customer drinks.
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and service standards while working.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor & oversee team workflow and duties for an effective and profitable night.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in food service and bartending
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management, food preparation, and hospitality industry practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
- Ability to handle shift management efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Adept at overseeing inventory control and ensuring cost-effective operations.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
