Manage the Elite billing process from generating the invoice to collection of payment for North America. Be a resource for the Elite US Billing Specialists as we move to standardize the process across Elite billing. Assist with Competitive invoicing tasks.
Hudl has a flexible location policy - This role is open to work in a hybrid environment; Omaha or Lincoln office as well as from the comforts of your home.
You are
You Are:
- A Leader. Have the ability to manage and lead a team and successfully partner and collaborate with other departments
- Organized. Have the propensity to look after our professional (B2B) US customers and their demanding expectations
- Prepared. Have the ability to meet leadership requests through delegation of activities and time management
- Educated. Have an Accounting, Finance, or Business degree.
- Experienced. Are familiar with U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 Revenue Standards.
- Proficient in Excel and are even better about Googling functions in Excel (there are too many to remember off-hand).
You will
- Manage. You will manage the US-based Elite Billing ops (process, people, tools)
- Lead. You will lead the adoption of the new upcoming technology (Zuora)
- Serve. You will serve your Tier-1 growing team throughout the journey
- Provide. You will be responsible for multiple reporting to Finance and Sales leadership .
- Work cross-functionally. You’ll build relationships with our billing, finance, Sales, and and Biz Ops teams to provide timely and accurate Revenue, Invoicing, and collection reporting.
- Assist. You will help perform revenue recognition audits, in addition to research and improve processes to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
