We’re building a team and the tools that will scale with Hudl through our growth to come.
Hudl has a flexible location policy; we'll leave it up to you to decide where you want to work: our Lincoln HQ, our Omaha office or remotely within the U.S. #LI-Remote

- A problem-solver. You’re able to adapt to changing business realities and work collaboratively to find solutions that work for our customers and our business partners. Good judgment is key.
- A communicator. You know how to communicate with folks across the entire organization (leaders, legal, tax, sales, etc.).
- Detail-oriented. Our billing team plays a front-line role in helping our business understand our contracts and count our revenue and receivables. Getting the numbers right enables our leaders to make the right decisions and tell the truth about Hudl’s financial condition.
You will
- Be responsible for the billing team. You will be responsible for resource planning for your team and coaching, developing, and serving those on your team.
- Drive billing transformation. You will set the vision for the future of billing at Hudl and drive it to execution.

- Partner with other teams at Hudl. You will stay plugged in with commercial leaders to help roll out new products and keep Hudl growing.
- Guide special projects. You will lead the team to integrate new acquisitions, launch into new markets, implement new systems, etc.
We will
- Celebrate work at Hudl retreats. We like to gather our Hudlies from around the world to showcase achievements and strategize for the future.
- Treat you like an adult. We’re all about a healthy work-life balance. We’ll give you unlimited vacation time and have company-wide timeout days (no meetings allowed).
- Provide career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
- Supply you with tools for success. We've invested in our office spaces, designing them with our employees in mind. You’ll have the enriching, flexible environment and powerful hardware you need to do your job well.
- Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.
- Cover your medical insurance. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you’ll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want.
- Contribute to your 401(K). Yep, that’s free money. We’ll match up to 4% of your own contribution.
