- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to accurately price and position luxury properties for optimal sales potential.
- Create captivating marketing materials and presentations that highlight the unique features and luxurious amenities of each property.
- Conduct private showings and tours of luxury properties, providing personalized and discreet service to clients.
- Skillfully negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and maximizing sales prices.
- Provide expert advice on luxury property investments, market trends, and the overall luxury real estate market to clients.
- Maintain a strong online and offline presence, leveraging social media and other marketing channels to promote luxury properties and enhance personal brand visibility.

Qualifications
- Proven track record as a successful Experienced Real Estate Agent, with a portfolio of luxury properties sold.
