Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience assisting customers and providing the highest level of service.
- Prior experience reviewing claims and supporting claim adjusters (preferred).
- Experience handling inbound calls from customers or service centers to resolve claim payment disputes claim statuses (preferred).
