Responsibilities
SCs are often the first point of contact for guests entering the shops for appointments, they engage guests as they enter the shop, creating a favorable and lasting impression from the time guest enters and exits the HH shops
The SC position is highly responsible for the overall guest experience, look, feel, cleanliness, communication, and performance of the lobby and front desk of shop
Ensure retail shelves and merchandise are cleaned, organized, and stocked
Perform backbar exchanges, checking in inventory as needed, and providing inventory management support for the Shop Lead
Schedule walk-in appointments, ensure that cancellations or adjustments are taken care of as outlined by HH, and assist with call-outs as needed
Collect electronic payments for services, accurately use reservation system
Actively promote and have knowledge of HH service menu, additional services (email and text reminders, recurring appointments, etc) and merchandise/products for sale
Continual effort for shop upkeep; sweep between any station where needed and the entire shop; towels laundered, folded, supplied at towel station; hot towels supplied in the towel warmer, additional responsibilities listed on the daily list
Ability to problem solve and exhibit forward thinking as guest concerns arise
Read and understand HH Handbook, policies, and procedures
SCs maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance as the face of our brand
SCs are typically scheduled in shops 30 minutes before opening to 30 minutes after shop closes, by shifts.
Fill in for absent team members as necessary
Pay / Benefits / Performance
SC are paid hourly compensation based on number of hours worked
SCs receive 6 month performance appraisals with opportunities for pay increases
QualificationsMinimum 18 years of age
High school graduate or equivalent
Customer service, computer and phone service experience preferred
Full availability for weekend and holiday hour shifts preferred
