TITLE:  Adjunct Instructor Indigenous Studies  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Applicant must have a Master’s Degree in Indigenous Studies or related area from an accredited college or university; demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, correctly and effectively. Previous experience in distance learning with LMS is required.

DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES:     

•    Provide in-person or online instruction for the following courses: Introduction to Indigenous Studies and/or Indigenous Literature of North America.

•    Evaluate student performance.

•    Participation on departmental, division-wide, and college-wide committees for the purpose of building community and fulfilling aspirations of professional development is encouraged and supported.

•    At the direction of the Department Chairperson, faculty shall perform duties as specified in the Faculty Contract.

The Salary is $1,340.00 per contact hour.
