Seasonal Teller

Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Seasonal Teller. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building relationships with members, and assisting with transaction processing. The ideal candidate will have strong math skills, experience with cash handling, and a background in financial services.

Responsibilities:
- Greet members and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
- Upsell additional financial products and services to customers
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash register
- Build and maintain relationships with members to promote repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent math skills for cash handling and loan processing
- Knowledge of financial services products and regulations is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
