Administrator - Nursing Home

Located near Jamison, PA

A beautiful, privately owned behavioral health facility located near Jamison, PA is currently seeking an experienced Administrator.

Salary: $150K to $180K Range (Based On Experience)

Responsibilities of the Administrator:

  • Supervises all Clinical and Administrative functions in the facility.
  • Development and implementation of a facility management system.
  • Administration, management, supervision and coordination of all departments to ensure quality care.
  • Financial management of a health care facility
  • Monitor and Maintain facility's compliance with all pertinent State and Federal regulations.
  • Oversight of the facility quality assurance process
  • Ensure that individual rights and opportunity for choice exist for all Residents

Requirements of the Administrator:

  • Must have a valid Pennsylvania Administrator license
  • Must have extensive experience as an Administrator in long term care
  • Must have long term care/nursing home experience
  • Excellent verbal & communication skills
  • Successful and proven track record
