Receiving Clerk/Clerical Position

Experience/Education/Skillsets Needed:

• Very organized and keen ability to manage lots of paperwork and keep everything neat and correct so items get checked in properly
• Must be able to work on own and stay efficient

Job Requirements Include:

• Receiving and managing received goods
• Checking off material against orders to properly check into our ERP system
• Organizing incoming material by job in various locations/carts/etc. so they are ready for assembly
• Keeping receiving area organized and clean
• UPS shipments
• Boxing and packing HWMI produced parts for shipment
• Many of our parts require careful packing and boxing to ensure safe shipment to destination.
• Creating UPS labels and preparing for shipment
• Other clerical work as requested which may include various paperwork that management may need done
• Assist at front counter with checkouts for customers when front counter is on break or absent

Desirable skills (Not required) Include:

• Ability to drive a forktruck and move pallets and merchandise by forklift

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. / maneuver 100lbs
