We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to join our team as a Communications and Community Engagement Manager. This multifaceted role will be responsible for supporting the healthcare system’s marketing efforts through effective communications, social media and press release management. Additionally, the Manager will collaborate with the hospital foundation to drive community engagement, manage fundraising events, and play a pivotal role in grant writing and funding development. This position will work directly with the Executive Director of the Hugh Chatham Health Foundation and the Hugh Chatham Health Director of Marketing.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

Qualifications: Proven experience in communications, social media management, and press relations. Demonstrated success in community engagement and event management. Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in grant writing preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Knowledge of healthcare industry trends is a plus.
