What are the responsibilities and job description for the MARKETING CONT SPECIALIST position at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital?
Works closely with team members across the health system to develop new content (web, video, photography, graphics) that is informative and persuasive. Responsible for researching, identifying, creating, delivering and maximizing the impact of content, with the ultimate goal of enhancing the patient experience and driving growth. This role will help us develop and work within a long-term and day-to-day content strategy that ensures the organization is creating the right content at the right time for the right channels, to get the right results. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Design brochures, advertising, manuals and other print collateral.
- Creating and managing social media content through various social media outlets
- Assist with content maintenance of HCMH and affiliate websites
- Logo design and branding for affiliates of the hospital
- Maintains Hospital visual design integrity by enforcing design standards
- Ensure established identity standards are followed including brand directives,use of logo, copy tone, and use of photography
- Manage content updates on hospital and affiliate websites
Education and Formal Training: Associates degree in Graphic Design required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Work Experience: 1-2 years of graphic design/web experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Excellent organizational and people skills; visionary, creative; ability to work alone or in committees; high community visibility and commitment. Must demonstrate personal initiative, poise, and confidence. Ability to use computer.
Salary : $44,500 - $56,300
