Primary Responsibilities:
- Proactively communicate with customers on the status of when their services will be completed
- Take customer preventive maintenance calls and assist with their questions
- Scheduling and coordination of preventive maintenance with customers and the Service Manager
- Enter and set up maintenance contracts for service
- Update and open service work orders daily
- Distribute completed paperwork to the proper departments for processing
- Assist other departments as needed
