Project Manager
Job Posting for Project Manager at Hulstein Excavating Inc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Job tracking/reporting
- Construction project management
- Attend bid lettings, pre-construction meetings, project weekly meetings
- Oversee work of crews engaged in road construction projects
- Procures materials and supplies and ensures they are on-site in a timely manner.
- Works with field personnel to maintain schedule, and budget.
- Schedules subcontractors
- Oversees project records and ensures they are correct and accurate.
- Works with project owners and engineers.
Requirements
- Excellent negotiating and communication skills.
- Well organized with strong attention to details
- Self-driven
- Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel.
- Ability to read plans
- Above average math skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others.
Candidates with a 4-year Construction Management/Civil Engineering degree or equivalent in work related experience within the industry.
