SUMMARY: HDC is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor for our Outpatient Therapy Department. Under the direction of the Program Supervisor, the clinical supervisor will support the outpatient therapy team providing clinical supervision for MSW’s and other master’s level therapists requiring supervision for licensure. Duties will include individual and group supervision, co-signing documentation, training and supporting newly hired clinicians, and assisting the Program Supervisor as needed. This position will primarily perform comprehensive evaluations to initiate services for individuals and maintain a small caseload. The split between clinical and administrative duties is to be 75% Clinical, 25% Administrative.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be licensed as a Mental Health Professional and approved to provide Clinical Supervision by licensing board.
- Experience working with individuals who have co-occurring disorders and individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness and serious and persistent mental illness.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIIONS:
- Clinical training and experience with trauma informed treatment models and interventions.
- Ability to proactively collaborate with others to ensure the best possible training for supervisees and service delivery for clients.
- Demonstrated experience interacting effectively with colleagues and clients from diverse social, cultural, racial, and economic backgrounds.
- Leadership experience and history of providing clinical supervision is desired.
