SUMMARY: The Director of Clinical Operations and Compliance is a high-level executive position that will oversee an extensive line of clinical operations, clinical outcomes, and clinical compliance of a large behavioral health organization.

DUTIES: The Director of Clinical Operations and Compliance, you must possess excellent management and mentoring skills and be an outstanding communicator. The goal of this position is to ensure the smooth running of all clinical operations, maximize and monitor clinical outcomes, ensure compliance standards are being kept, as well as develop, plan, and implement strategies for clinical program continuation and growth. Must have the ability to think globally, solve problems and have good decision-making skills, including critical thinking skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LMFT, PhD., etc.); along with being approved to provide clinical supervision by your licensing board. Strong written and oral communication skills.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: LICSW licensure and experience collaborating with key community stakeholders and collaborative partners.
