High School Diploma, or its equivalent and a minimum of 3 years administrative professional experience

Essential Functions:
Under the supervision of the Association Director of Operations, the Operations Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring efficient and smooth administrative functions to the Regional Vice President and the YMCA Centers within the region.
One position will travel/support Centers located West (Hendricks Regional Health YMCA, OrthoIndy Foundation YMCA and Witham Family YMCA) and the second position will travel/support Centers located South/Central (Irsay Family YMCA at CityWay, YMCA at the Athenaeum, and Baxter YMCA).
The Operations Administrative Assistant is responsible for organizing, prioritizing the timely execution of administrative duties. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage, coordinate and scheduling calendars for Regional Vice President and Center Leadership
Coordinate and support Center Advisory Board bi-monthly meetings and Executive Committee bi-monthly meetings in collaboration with Center Leadership for multiple Center locations
Work in collaboration with the District Business Services Directors to process Center deposits
Maintaining records, statistics, databases, and files with accuracy and organization
Performing general clerical duties, which include, but are not limited to, typing, copying, and filing
Utilize various software programs for Center Advisory Board meetings, purchasing, bank deposits.
Place office supply orders for Centers
Assist with special events
Preparing and distributing general correspondence with program participants, volunteers, and YMCA of Greater Indianapolis team members
Creating various documents, materials for presentations, promotions, and reports
