Two St. Louis based companies are looking to add a new HR Generalist to their team. This role will support the HR Director in the overall support of the organization. This role will be hybrid after 90 days of employment with 3 days in office and 2 days at home. This organization is looking for someone that understands the importance in being a culture driver.
Responsibilities
Oversee payroll process in tandem with PEO
Manager UI claims
Assist in benefit administration
Will assist in class 2 recruitment
Responsible for onboarding and offboarding
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
3 years' of experience working in Human Resources
Strong organization and attention detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
