Essential duties and responsibilities
· Direct assistance with top-performing Real Estate Agents in CT
· Provide constant support in reference to scheduling, in-bound and out-bound calls, with multiple daily check-ins, as well as personal and professional errands completed.
· Create or Coordinate Marketing Pieces Both Online and Print Ads
· Manage Social Media
· Act as a liaison between clients and agents
· Build, implement and manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management, and back-office support
· Coordinate marketing events and client activities
· Help prepare for meetings
· Accurately record minutes from meetings.
· Perform office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
· Experience as a virtual assistant.
· Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.
· Provide general administrative support.
· Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned
· Available weekdays and weekends as needed.
Knowledge/Skills
· 3 years experience in an administrative assistant role
· Willingness to work full-time and beyond regular working hours, if called upon
· Pro-active problem preventer who takes initiative and makes independent decisions.
· A creative person, capable of generating fresh ideas in the interest of finding new possibilities
· Structured, with meticulous organizational skills, knows how to set priorities under high pressure
· Able to prioritize multiple projects and job responsibilities with competing deadlines
· Able to perform a variety of job tasks simultaneously; flexible to changing priorities and demands, as needed
· Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work under minimal supervision on day-to-day activities, maintaining a high degree of integrity
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
