Early Intervention Caseworker

Responsibilities:
- Provide case management services to individuals and families in need
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans
- Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to coordinate services
- Advocate for clients and ensure their needs are met
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to service plans
- Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
Skills:
- Conflict management: Ability to handle conflicts and resolve disputes in a professional manner
- Child welfare: Knowledge of child welfare policies, procedures, and regulations
- Childcare: Experience in providing childcare services and ensuring the safety and well-being of children
- Crisis management: Ability to effectively manage crisis situations and provide appropriate support
- Behavioral health: Understanding of behavioral health issues and ability to provide appropriate interventions
- Crisis intervention: Skill in providing immediate assistance and support during crisis situations
- Experience with children: Previous experience working with children in a professional capacity
- Social work: Knowledge of social work principles, theories, and practices
- Child protective services: Familiarity with child protective services laws, regulations, and procedures
- Motivational interviewing: Ability to use motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients and promote positive change
