Human Skills & Resources is seeking a female candidate for Supervision Officer.

Assisting misdemeanor drug and alcohol offenders who are required to be drug and alcohol free and prevent any future criminal acts. Responsible for ensuring that offenders are following the recommendations of the court.

Supervision officers work with the clinical staff toward returning offenders to useful, drug free, productive lives. This position requires a female candidate since part of the job duties include observing female client urine collection for drug testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist offenders in making changes in order to successfully complete supervised probation including job searches, housing needs and other needs that may be necessary to avoid future legal trouble.
  • Orient new probationers to program.
  • Monitor compliance with probation requirements; monthly check-in, attending groups
  • Problem solving for issues that may be prohibiting probationers from being successful
  • Collection of fees
  • Maintain case files
  • Documents all substantive contacts with clients and collateral parties
  • Drug Screens — collect urine samples from female offenders, report results, maintain data.
  • Communicate with treatment providers.
  • This position is required to work at least one evening a week until 7:00pm and one Saturday per month, from 8:30am-12:30pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
