This position must be located in Louisville, KY. Reporting to the ECM Contingent Workforce Management Lead, the Contingent Workforce System Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day support and management of the Vendor Management System for contingent labor. This role will act as the main point of contact for all questions and requests related to the VMS and will be responsible for understanding business needs and developing and implementing creative solutions.The Senior Process Improvement Professional analyzes, and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements. The Senior Process Improvement Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical subject matter expert for the Vendor Management System (VMS) for contingent labor
- Provide technical support for software issues our users encounter
- Manage the configuration and operation of cloud based SaaS program
- Develop a rapport with multiple business areas to understand their unique business needs and work collaboratively to create solutions and continuous improvements
- Elicit and document user system requirements
- Communicate system changes and enhancements to users and provide an avenue for training and understanding
- Develop and report on key program and system metrics
- Assist the business in developing reports and dashboards that provide visibility to key performance indicators
- Provide feedback and information to supervisor on organizational behavior and help to identify business needs and issues
- Monitor system performance, proactively remediate issues, and lead/implement continuous improvement projects
The Senior Process Improvement Professional researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity and reduced cost. Determines how new information technologies can support re-engineering business processes. May specialize in one or more of the following areas: benchmarking, business process analysis and re-engineering, change management and measurement, and/or process-driven systems requirements. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree in related field, preferably in a business or technical discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant system administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Access, Visio, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Ability to assimilate, analyze, draw conclusions, and make recommendations from multi-faceted and often ambiguous data
- Experience eliciting and documenting user requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to motivate project team members and stakeholders to meet established deadlines
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal oversight
- Detail oriented and critical thinker
- Ability to be flexible and willing to learn new skill sets quickly as the need arises
- Effectiveness in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in the SAP Fieldglass product
- Experience with major contingent labor processes both with and without an MSP
