Description
The Data and Reporting Assistant 3 generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. The Data and Reporting Assistant 3 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills.Responsibilities
The Data and Reporting Assistant 3 integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources. May create specifications for reports based on business requests. Decisions are typically focus on methods, tactics and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or higher education
- Advanced and comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- 2+ years of technical experience with creating and managing reports and data visualization
- Ability to work independently
- Strong mathematical skills
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
