```Duties```
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases including Personal Injury.
- Assist with legal drafting, including preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of client information
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and milestones
- Conduct factual research and gather evidence to support legal arguments
- Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings
```Experience```
-Preference will be given to applicants with Spanish fluency/proficiency
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal is preferred
- Proficiency in case management tools such as Clio
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Suite
- Knowledge of file management systems and data entry processes
