Key Responsibilities
Organizes and prioritizes projects and programs based on IT Strategy, strategic roadmap, and available and prioritized budgets
Changes schedules and ensures that the appropriate financial and organizational support is being allocated in support of those goals.
Makes decisions typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s)
Could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates (approximately 5-10 direct reports)
Plays a key leadership role in financial management, operational budget management, forecasting of costs based on roadmaps, reporting, business case management, reconciliation of vendor invoicing, contracts, and licensing, forecasting of utilization, etc.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
6 or more years of technical experience
2 or more years of management experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders
Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
Strong financial and budget management knowledge and skills
Strong experience and skills in forecasting, roadmaps, and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or other Advanced Degree
Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
Six Sigma certification
PMP certification
Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams

Work at Home Guidance
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
