Our CenterWell Pharmacy Digital Performance team is looking for a Financial Analyst to join us in transforming healthcare. In this role, the Financial Analyst will analyze and forecast financial, operational, and other business data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions. The Financial Analyst will support our business with budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and valuation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analysis, data analysis, and experience with performance tracking. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the growth and development of our digital product portfolio.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of Financial Analyst, reporting to the Director, Digital Pharmacy Performance within Pharmacy Digital, include:
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Analyze data to support decision making and provide insights to the Digital Product team
- Work with the Digital Product team to develop and manage budgets, including regular tracking and reporting of actual results
- Represent Digital in coordination with Finance, Analytics, and Growth teams on processes and timelines for financial and performance forecasts
- Perform financial analysis, market analysis and valuation to support business cases and investment decisions
- Continuously monitor and evaluate performance metrics and ROI, and effectively communicate the results to digital leadership through comprehensive presentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support the overall success of digital initiatives

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in financial analysis, data analysis, or similar role
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and commercially
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel as well as knowledge in other analytic platforms (Alteryx) is preferred
- Experience with adobe analytics is preferred but not required
