Key responsibilities of Financial Analyst, reporting to the Director, Digital Pharmacy Performance within Pharmacy Digital, include:

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Analyze data to support decision making and provide insights to the Digital Product team
• Work with the Digital Product team to develop and manage budgets, including regular tracking and reporting of actual results
• Represent Digital in coordination with Finance, Analytics, and Growth teams on processes and timelines for financial and performance forecasts
• Perform financial analysis, market analysis and valuation to support business cases and investment decisions
• Continuously monitor and evaluate performance metrics and ROI, and effectively communicate the results to digital leadership through comprehensive presentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support the overall success of digital initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field
• 3-6 years of experience in financial analysis, data analysis, or similar role
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills
• Ability to think creatively, strategically, and commercially
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel as well as knowledge in other analytic platforms (Alteryx) is preferred
• Experience with adobe analytics is preferred but not required
