Responsibilities
You have the unique opportunity to build a technology team fastest growing Clinical teams. Reporting to the Director, you will have the opportunity to build your and lead your team to expand upon our platform to solve the technology to help our members access to better care and care management, the product you will be supporting will have insights to brands, product recommendations to customers, and building a direct-to-consumer relationship through omnichannel experience.
The Lead Technology Leadership Professional works with design engineering and test team to drive products from design completion to volume production release. Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs. Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Ensures that production schedules are followed, and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 or more years of project leadership experience
- 2 or more experience leading large program
- Experience managing resources and resource planning
- Experience working with operation partners and creating roadmaps
- Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure
- Experience with unit testing and mocking
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders
- Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other Advanced Degree
- Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams
- Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
- Six Sigma certification
- ITIL certification

- All Humana associates approved for the Home or Hybrid Home/Office work styles are required to self-provide wireless, wired cable or DSL access to the internet at the connectivity speeds required by the company to successfully perform their job with the exception of associates who live or work from home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Connectivity requirements are detailed below.
- To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
o Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.
o Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL Connection in Exceptions, Section 7.0 in this policy.)
o Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
o Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
