Job Function
- Ensures all forms are properly identified, completed, and signed
- Enters all necessary information into the system
- Communicates with physicians and staff to clarify diagnoses or get additional information
- May also assign a code to each diagnosis and procedure

Required Qualifications
- 1 years of Clinic and/or Hospital Medical Records experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Must be able to work at the clinic located at: 4525 Lafayette Road, Suite A, Indianapolis, IN 46254
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Previous healthcare or health insurance experience
- ICD-9 codes
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM
Additional Information
- This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
