Job Function

• Ensures all forms are properly identified, completed, and signed
• Enters all necessary information into the system
• Communicates with physicians and staff to clarify diagnoses or get additional information
• May also assign a code to each diagnosis and procedure

Required Qualifications

• 1 years of Clinic and/or Hospital Medical Records experience
• Familiarity with medical terminology ​
• Must be able to work at the clinic located at: 4525 Lafayette Road, Suite A, Indianapolis, IN 46254

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Previous healthcare or health insurance experience
• ICD-9 codes

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM

Additional Information

• This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
