Senior Compliance Nurse Collects and analyzes data daily, weekly, monthly or as needed to assess outcome and operational metrics for the team and individuals, begins to influence department’s strategy, makes decisions on moderately complex-to-complex issues regarding technical approach for project components. Work is performed without direction with the ability to exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
- This position ensures mandatory reporting for Case Management audit team is completed timely and accurately.
- Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
- Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations,
- Requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
- Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Active Registered Nurse, RN, license in the state of Oklahoma with no discrepancies
- 5 years varied clinical nursing experience
- 1 year team lead or supervisory experience
- 2 years Compliance Auditing experience
- Health Plan or Medical Practice experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook, multiple systems, platforms, and ability to troubleshoot and resolve general technical issues.
- Ability to work independently under general instructions and with a team
- Ability to travel 5-10% within Oklahoma as needed
- MUST RESIDE IN OKLAHOMA

- Workstyle – Remote work at Home. Must be able to travel to the office for meetings and trainings.

- Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
- Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
- Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
