HumanHire has partnered with a local company that works with many well known, large name brands across the country in search of an Administrative Assistant for their office in Freeport, NY.
We are seeking candidates with 1 year of prior HVAC or facilities maintenance experience.
What we offer :
- Position : Administrative Assistant
- Location : Freeport, NY
- Pay : $23-25 / hour, weekly pay
- Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM / 9AM-6PM with an occasional rotating weekend & evening shift 2-3 times a month that would result in OT
- Benefits : Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, 401K
Responsibilities :
- Respond to inbound requests from clients and vendors via phone and email
- Document and file proposals into the computer system
- Manage emails, outbound calls, and other follow up as necessary
- Receive and fulfill vendor and client requests in a timely manner
Requirements :
- 1 year of HVAC or facilities maintenance experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortability talking on the phone
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
