Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for managing all aspects of facilities planning, building maintenance, facilities projects and physical safety and security. Assist with implementing strategic facilities plan.
SHIFT
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with 1 hr lunch
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Manage maintenance of all facilities, buildings and grounds. Establish demand maintenance process and preventative maintenance plans. Ensure all building systems are operational and are maintained in accordance with company policies, environmental regulations, building codes and local/national regulations.
Manage facilities planning including physical layout and space allocation, office moves, preparation of
cost estimates for space allocations, coordination with departments / contractors for reconfiguring
space, furniture and equipment.
Manage vendor relationships. Review and negotiate bids for vendors (e.g., janitorial, landscape, HVAC, etc.). Ensure vendor services are performed timely and properly. Review vendor invoices for accuracy.
Manage facility construction projects. Track and prepare facilities maintenance budgets/forecast. Assist with preparation of facilities capital budget/forecast to ensure adherence.
Manage all building security needs. Maintain card access systems and security systems. Establish and communicate emergency and security procedures. Establish and communicate health and safety procedures in accordance with OSHA standards.
Manage maintenance of buildings and grounds; ensures all utility systems are fully operational and
inspected in accordance with preventive maintenance schedules.
Perform site assessment and ongoing periodic inspection of facilities to assure maintenance for optimal function of building systems, weather preparation of buildings, upkeep of landscaping/grounds, care of furniture, finishes and common areas as well as ensuring that recurring facility service provides are delivering an occupancy experience.
Perform other duties as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
