The Manager, Inventory and Part Sourcing will lead the regional part sourcing function and a team of Inventory and Part Sourcing Specialists with a focus on cost control and delivering an exceptional experience for internal and external customers.

What You’ll Do
Coach and train Sourcing Specialists on standard operating practices and performance.
Monitor sourcing specialist effectiveness and performance (ex: NAGS OEM) to ensure world-class service to customers and retail partners.
Ensure alignment across districts that the customer experience/service level is balanced, accounting for part sourcing cost and appointment time.
Consolidate and reduce spending where applicable and work cross functionally to address all related customer concerns.
Own the full cycle of talent fundamentals including selection, onboarding, training, development, performance management, culture and engagement of their team; Monitor staffing levels and make adjustments based on the seasonality of need.
All other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent required.
5-7 years of leadership and supervision experience, preferred.
Hands on experience in procurement/purchasing/fulfillment, preferred.
Proven budget and P&L management experience; strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Present a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment.
Physical requirements: lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs. for short periods, working at elevated heights, remaining on your feet for extended periods.
Ability to travel up to 30%.
