Compensation for the Accounts Payable / Payroll Clerk
- $22 Per Hour
- Monday – Thursday, 8 am – 5 pm, and Friday 7:30 am or 8 am – 4:30 pm

Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable / Payroll Clerk
- Provide business office clerical assistance
- Compile, classify, record, verify, and maintain data and payments to accounts payable
- Process time records, compile payroll reports, maintaining payroll control records, calculate payroll
- A mix of duties within the office that includes general administrative office duties, accounts payable duties, and payroll duties
Requirements for the Accounts Payable / Payroll Clerk
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have 2 to 3 years of strong Administrative Admin experience in an office setting
- Professionalism is extremely important in this role
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Windows, etc.
- Construction knowledge is a plus
- Experience with Sage is a plus
- Enjoy a very fast-paced work environment with changing priorities
- Ability to multitask and handle ever changing priorities
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Client willing to train the Payroll and AP part of this role
