Compensation for the Production Associate
- Pay rate is $17 Per Hour
- Hiring for day shift - M-F, 8am - 4:30pm
Responsibilities for the Production Associate
- Duties will depend on the specific position you are assigned
- Press position: taking boxes on and off of the press, feed the machines materials
- Bindery position: ensuring quality of stitches, print quality, and cuts of product and then boxing and placing on pallets
- Shrink wrap pallets to prepare for shipment
- Clean production area
- Other miscellaneous duties
Requirements for the Production Associate
- Able to work in a fast-paced repetitive environment
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. frequently – very physical position
- Must be able to stand 100% of shift
- Mechanical knowledge is very helpful
- Self-starter
