Responsibilities:
YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN LONG TERM CARE- THIS IS 3/11 or 11/7 POSITON 4 ON 2 OFF ROTATION.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records system
- basic laboratory tests and analyze results
- Assist with sterile processing and maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on various healthcare topics
- Adhere to professional standards, policies, and procedures
Skills:
- Valid LPN license in the state of [Location]
- Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology
- Knowledge of sterile techniques and experience providing wound care
- Ability to provide behavioral health support to patients
