JOB SUMMARY
Interacts directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or in person.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
% of Time
A. 65% Receive and route incoming customer calls. Help customers as possible to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
B. 15% Assist with Sales, Security, and Inventory/Purchasing.
C. 15% Coordinate the scheduling and implementation of all customer orders assuring delivery of a final product that meets customer expectations
D. 5% Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Duty
1. A Answer and route incoming communications from customers. These may be received via phone or email. As practical assist in answering customer questions and resolving minor technical issues. Assure all issues are processed through the order system as appropriate.
2. A Work with the Operations Manager to assign and schedule orders on a daily basis.
3. A Assure technicians have all tools and materials needed to successfully complete their orders before being dispatched to the customer site.
4. A Coordinate with prime and subcontractors assuring efficient deployment of HunTel resources.
A Communicate regularly with customers to coordinate scheduling and assure a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. B Assist the sales team as requested. This may include data entry, research, customer contact, and proposal development.
6. B Assist the technical team as requested by the Operations Manager. This may include system programming (voice & security) and technical research.
7. B Assist the materials management team as requested by the Operations Manager. This may include research on pricing, order placement, receiving, order pickup and delivery, and staging of equipment.

9. C Assists in other areas and positions as needed to assure all necessary work gets done.
10. D Keep personal work area clean. Assist as appropriate in keeping common work areas clean. Work area includes all facilities and vehicles.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
