Body Shop Estimator - Essential Duties:

• Examines damaged vehicle to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical, or interior damage
• Estimates cost of labor and parts to repair or replace each damaged item
• Review repair cost estimates with the body shop manager or technician
• Determines feasibility of repair or replacement of parts, such as bumpers, fenders, and doors
• Determines salvage value on total vehicle loss
• Prepares insurance forms to indicate repair cost estimates and recommendations
• Estimates cost of repainting vehicles
• Other tasks as assigned

• 10 hour shift

• Automotive repair: 1 year (Preferred)
• Auto Estimating: 1 year (Preferred)
