Hunter Engineering Company is a world leader in automotive service equipment, offering state-of-the-art wheel alignment systems, wheel balancers, lift racks and more. Hunter equipment is approved and used by vehicle manufacturers, automobile and truck dealers, tire dealers and automotive service facilities around the world. We are currently seeking an HR Clerk to join our team in Raymond MS.
Key responsiblitites include administration of front desk reception area. Administrative duties and responsiblities as assigned in support of the HR department. Position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Essential job duties:
- Administrative duties including; but not limited to, maintaining the front desk area and answering phones.
- Communicate information to employees, management, vendors, and clients.
- Compile and input employee data for personnel reports.
- Prepare and disseminate reports as requested.
- Process, verify, and maintain personnel documentation physically and digitally according to company policy and procedures.
- Assist in arranging for training activities, planning and facilitating employee luncheons and meetings.

Education and/or Experience: AA Degree in Business Office Management or a related field; and two years related
experience and/or training; or a combination of experience and education.
Mathematical Skills:Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Other Skills and Abilities:Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
