What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Auditor position at Hunter Hamilton?
Growing electronics manufacturer is looking for a 2nd shift Quality Auditor for their location in Woodridge. The Quality Auditor is responsible for performing audits and inspections of PCB electronic and mechanical assemblies. You would be ensuring compliance with established engineering, quality and workmanship guidelines and standards.
They are a large organization with a small/family-oriented feel. People are great, nice facility, good processes and systems. They will do in house training on IPC certification. Their products are technically fascinating. This is a temporary to hire opportunity with full-time medical benefits offered during the temporary duration. 2nd hours M-Fri. 3pm-10:30pm Training would be on 1st shift for a couple of weeks and then would rotate to the 2nd shift.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of PCBA inspection
- PCB repair experience down to the component level
- Previous experience within an electronic manufacturing environment
- Ability to read blueprints or schematics
-IPC-A-610 or IPC-J-STD-001 certification a plus
