Expectations :
Provide performance improvement support to the organization using Plan Do Study Act (PDSA) principles and methods to accomplish measurable organizational goals.
This position supports development of the Huntington Health Operating System and functions as an analyst, facilitator, trainer and mentor as required.
The Process Excellence Specialists supports data registries through abstraction and analysis of outcomes, making recommendations on areas of improvement.
EDUCATION : Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering or Healthcare field required.RN license preferred.
EXPERIENCE / TRAINING : 2 years facilitating improvement projects & workshops in a healthcare environment preferred.
LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS : Preferred : Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)Certified Professional Healthcare Quality
