Minimum Qualifications
4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 2 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience.

Ability to provide direction to subordinates using established policies and precedents. Full working knowledge of procedures and practices. Ability to make decisions relating to program, customer requirements, and employees working on program. Ability to make decisions on behalf of the company in accordance with company policies.
