At Huntington, we offer children ages 5 to 17 tutoring in ACT preparation, Reading, Writing, Mathematics, Study Skills, Vocabulary, Science, High School Entrance Exam preparation, and more.
If you want to HELP US MAKE A DIFFERENCE THAT MATTERS, we'll give you the opportunity to do just that. We are seeking part-time teachers and professionals to help our students excel academically. You will provide instruction to students on an individual or small group basis. At Huntington, there are no lesson plans to write or homework to grade. We offer the opportunity to work after school and on weekends during the school year and more during the summer. We are specifically looking for ACT Math, Science, English, and Reading tutors and subject tutors in high school Mathematics.

- Monday- Thursday between 4:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Fridays 4-6:30 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday, and between 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
ACT Prep Tutors:
- Huntington Learning Center in Omaha seeks professionals for exam preparation.
- Prepare students for the ACT Math, Science, or English and Reading sections.
- Experts are welcome to apply.
- A 4-year degree is required.
- Paid Training provided.
- Flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend hours are available.
- You’ll have the opportunity to work one on one with high school juniors and seniors.
Subject Tutors:
Huntington Learning Center in Omaha seeks professionals for subject tutoring.
- Help middle and high school students struggling in Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Spanish, etc.
- Experts are welcome to apply.
- 4-year degree is required.
- Paid Training provided.
- Flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend hours are available.
- You’ll have the opportunity to work one on one with students in sixth grade through high school seniors.
Learning Center Teachers:
Huntington Learning Center in Omaha is hiring teachers for skill-building instruction.
- A Teaching or Substitute Teaching License is preferred.
- Paid Training provided.
- You’ll have the opportunity to work with up to four students at a time on their Reading, Writing, Vocabulary, Mathematics, and Study Skills.
- No lesson plans to write, homework to grade, or tests to create.
Requirements:
- Previous tutoring is preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with students.
- Sufficient knowledge of the subject being instructed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any field - required.
