Assistant Director

• Part-time position (15-35 hours per week)
• Pay range starts between $18-22/hour
• On-site, in-person role

Requirements and qualifications include:

• Must have a 4-year degree to qualify
• Entry level position with huge opportunity for growth
• 1 – 2 years of management, customer service, sales or education preferred
• Outstanding communication skills a must
• Enthusiastic, outgoing and team-oriented personality with excellent attention to detail

• Valid state driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• This position is currently 15-35 hours per week. Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available. As the center volume increases, this position will have the opportunity to transition to a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage front end administrative office
• Train and supervise part-time teachers
• Monitor Center daily activity
• Review student programs and ensure academic achievement
• Instruct students
• Participate in local marketing activities to help grow the business
• Perform educational administrative tasks: administer, correct, and write up student academic tests and parent conferences
• Answer phones, maintain center appointment book, input data, file, and maintain email and voicemail accounts

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
